Sales Conditions
www.edmondfishing.com is an online sales site for sport fishing items owned by EDMOND SRL. Commercial transactions carried out through this site are regulated by these general sales conditions.
The issuing of a purchase order via the website www.edmondfishing.com implies acceptance of these conditions of sale. It is forbidden to provide untruthful personal data.
EDMOND SRL reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time.
Price of the items
All exposed prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs have to be considered excluded. Prices may change without notice. EDMOND SRL reserves the right to cancel any orders in the event of pricing errors.
Description and image of the items
The characteristics of the products shown on the website www.edmondfishing.com correspond to the real quality standard. Photographs may differ in color due to the image capture device, the compression of the image file and the medium on which it is displayed. All products on sale comply with current laws and regulations.
Orders
EDMOND SRL will process orders using the information entered by the customer. EDMOND will not be responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses or invoicing on incorrectly provided data. In the event of cancellation of the order by the customer, EDMOND SRL reserves the right to withhold any costs incurred from the refund.
Order invoicing
A regular sales invoice is issued for all orders. During the order generation process you will be asked for your tax code or VAT number and unique code. The paper invoice travels with the goods while the electronic invoices are delivered via SDI or PEC.
Delivery time
Orders are shipped within 24/48 hours. Any courier delays could last up to five days and are beyond our control. Delivery within 24/48 hours is only for orders received by 12.00 from Monday to Thursday. If the order contains items with longer shipping times, the order will be shipped in full as soon as all items are available. For the islands the estimated delivery is 48/72 hours with possible delays.
Warranty
Upon receipt of the package, check the condition and make sure there are no signs of tampering or damage. Otherwise, place the words "goods accepted with reserve" on the courier's document. We will not be able to consider any complaint reported beyond the seventh day of receipt as valid. Any complaints must be sent in writing via email to info@edmondfishing.com. Any returns must be pre-authorized. A copy of the sales invoice must be attached to the returned material.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on our site are subject to Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05/22/1999. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the goods (date of the transport document/invoice).
To exercise the right, the customer must send EDMOND SRL a written communication by certified email, telegram or registered mail with return receipt. Upon receipt of your communication EDMOND SRL will contact you to finalize the right.
The product must be returned complete with all its parts in its original packaging and in perfect condition together with the receipt tax document.
The right of withdrawal applies to the final consumer. VAT-registered sales are excluded.
The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility and responsibility of the customer who must use a sufficiently safe and suitable means with insurance. Damage during uninsured transport will force us to return the product to you with transport at your expense, canceling the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal applies to the entire supply and not just to a part of it.
EDMOND SRL will refund you within thirty days of receiving the return, withholding, if necessary, any shipping or refund management costs. For any dispute the Court of Forlì will be competent.

Delivery costs
Shipping is free for orders over €70.00.
Shipments throughout the national territory cost €7.50 and are carried out exclusively with GLS courier or Poste Delivery service.
Choose GLS if you are sure you will be at home to receive the package, otherwise choose Poste Delivery which will leave the package at the post office if you are not at home.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the shipment.
Please enter a delivery address where someone is sure to be present to receive the package.
When you receive the package, check its integrity and also the number of boxes received. Any missing or damaged items must be reported immediately to the courier by writing "Accepted with reserve" on the courier's document.
We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items.
The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.
