Our services
We produce softbaits 100% Made in Italy with superior quality in various shapes, colors and variations for fresh and salt water.
Each phase of our process is highly standardized in order to guarantee quality consistency anytime. We professionally satisfy OEM customization requests by creating the requested product and packaging basing on customer's concept and brand.
Design
Our products are conceived and designed by our prostaffs. We collect their ideas and develop them by 3D modeling systems that will be used for the creation of the prototypes.
In the OEM service we develop the design according to the customer's specifications or we receive the design from the customer.
Prototyping
After the 3D modeling, we create the prototypes to confirm the swimming action and the raw material.
The prototypes are produced within 3 weeks. If OEMs they are sent to the customer for approval.
Mold making
The molds are manufactured according to our know-how refined through years of experience in the softbaits production. The correct design of the molds guarantee a high qualitative constancy.
The molds are made in 3-5 weeks depending on the size and level of details.
Raw material
The raw material used meets specific quality requirements:
- Free from phthalates and REACH compliant (Made in EU)
- Dried weight additives with granulometry selected by vibrating sieving (Made in Italy)
- Reflective additives (glitter) specific for high temperatures and chemically compatible with all components (Made in Italy)
- Dyes created from natural pigments (Made in Italy)
- High quality synthetic lubricating oils (Made in Italy)
Production
Our production process is extremely standardized, stable and under control. The product is inspected and handled to ensure its quality.
Packing and labeling
The product is flavored, lubricated and packed according to the specifications. We purchase the packaging materials directly or by the customer.
